Wels Pants with Shortened Leg

WELS pants are narrow in the waist and wide in the hip and leg. The soft flowing material gives them feminine flair. The waist is modelled with an attached waistband and pleat. The pants have four pockets: side wing pockets in the front and patch pockets in the back.
